Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Visual merchandising including stock rotation, display updates, and inventory management
- Assist with store operations including receiving shipments and maintaining organized stockrooms
- Contribute to team goals by achieving sales targets and upselling opportunities
- Uphold brand standards through store presentation and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficiency with mobile devices and retail technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
