Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise with efficiency and accuracy
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 3 AM - 11 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus
