Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms in accordance with company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system (POS).
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and seasonal resets.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods (typically 4-8 hours).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS equipment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
