Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and problem-solving
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging in-store displays
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges per company policy
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication and support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
