Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Provide product knowledge and style recommendations to customers to drive sales.
- Assist with inventory counts and seasonal rollouts.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
