Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and price changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
