Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking merchandise and maintaining displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management promptly.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and ensuring all marketing materials are displayed correctly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating POS systems.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
