Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stockroom records
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with digital inventory management systems (remote component)
- Support store cleanliness and maintenance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory management
- Ability to work 4 AM - 12 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to Tech Drive facility
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision requirements
