Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions efficiently using our POS system while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create inviting store displays and product arrangements
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Participate in product knowledge training to confidently share brand stories and product features
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and monitoring sales floor
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical merchandise
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory tasks
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable for store locations)
