Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and assist them in finding products with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately at the register, handle cash and credit payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize product displays, and ensure store signage is current and attractive to drive sales.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and checkout areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Inventory Support: Assist in inventory counts, checking stock levels, and communicating with management regarding product needs.
- Customer Service: Answer phone inquiries, respond to customer questions about products, and resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Required: We are looking for attitude and willingness to learn; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
