Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments with speed and accuracy
- Organize and arrange products according to store layout plans
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and stockroom equipment safely
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- Ability to start work as early as 4:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
