Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer experiences across multiple channels
- Execute omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, curbside, ship-from-store)
- Manage inventory systems with real-time data synchronization
- Collaborate with remote support teams for complex customer inquiries
- Drive sales through product knowledge and digital engagement tools
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in physical store environment
- Participate in virtual training and team meetings via our digital platform
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with mobile POS systems and retail software
- Strong digital communication skills for remote interactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store deliveries
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (70% in-store, 30% remote)
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta retail market preferred
