Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and merchandise products in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory control
- Assist with receiving, scanning, and processing inbound shipments
- Report maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies to management
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4-8 AM)
