Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
- Scan, bag, and merchandise products while maintaining organized displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when needed
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
