Our remote-friendly model allows 1-2 days/week of virtual work for training, scheduling, and inventory coordination. You'll be the heart of our physical store while leveraging digital tools to enhance service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store and virtual customer consultations
- Process transactions using our integrated POS and e-commerce platforms
- Manage inventory across physical and digital channels
- Create visually engaging displays and maintain store standards
- Collaborate with remote team on inventory planning and promotions
- Support omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, curbside delivery)
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Strong digital literacy for POS and inventory systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license for curbside delivery support
- Basic knowledge of retail analytics platforms preferred
