Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our Jacksonville location
- Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Manage inventory systems and stock reconciliation with flexible remote access
- Process transactions and maintain store presentation standards
- Assist with digital merchandising and online order fulfillment

Qualifications

- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
