Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and folding clothing.
- Sales Support: Process sales transactions accurately at the register and handle returns efficiently.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's image by adhering to dress code and grooming standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
