Job Overview:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has an exceptional shopping experience. You will work closely with our management team to maintain store standards and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure products are visible and organized.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe sales floor by following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Reliable transportation is required.
