Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, processing cash and credit transactions.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and policies.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash drops and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
