Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Participate in inventory control procedures including stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all areas
- Actively participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required - paid training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred for inventory logistics
