Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Proactively welcome customers as they enter the store, offering assistance and product recommendations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and folding clothing.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Merchandising: Organize displays and merchandise to highlight promotions and drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met and maintain a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and providing top-tier service.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic math for transactions and inventory checks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
