Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet every customer with a warm welcome, assist them in finding products, and answer questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked. Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Transactions: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and process returns efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist in receiving deliveries, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold our high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Computer Literacy: Basic comfort with using computer systems and mobile devices.
