Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all shoppers and employees.
- Learn and communicate product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience is required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over experience.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling inventory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
