Responsibilities
- Stock Shelves & Display Areas: Efficiently stock merchandise on shelves and display racks to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Product Presentation: Organize products neatly, ensuring proper pricing and signage are in place.
- Cleanup & Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and free of hazards during and after stocking tasks.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in finding products and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for early morning shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for organization and product presentation.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and basic math for price checks.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
