Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising
- Participate in team training sessions and product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – full training provided
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable communication style
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Valid Alaska driver's license (for potential store errands)
