Responsibilities
- Stock Shelves: Efficiently organize and restock merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed attractively and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers as needed during your shift.
- Load Unloading: Safely unload delivery trucks and move merchandise to the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of organization.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
