Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist with merchandise receiving, stocking, and inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized store appearance including displays and checkout areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and payments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance product presentation
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train all new associates
- Positive attitude and passion for helping customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
