- Manage inventory reconciliation and reporting via our remote dashboard
- Assist with store merchandising and visual standards during on-site shifts
- Collaborate with team members through hybrid communication tools

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and remote interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Comfortable with hybrid work model (60% in-store, 40% remote)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional remote errands)
