Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Assist in stocking, pricing, and maintaining visually appealing displays
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Support inventory management through regular stock counts and replenishment
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide full training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
