Responsibilities
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and problem resolution
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with proper reconciliation procedures
- Operate self-checkout stations and assist with bagging/packaging
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock supplies
- Support inventory management through stock rotation and price verification
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for store errands)
