About the Role
As a Retail Associate, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, managing the sales floor, and ensuring our store operates smoothly. We value passion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure products are well-presented and accessible.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and pricing.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
