Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, fitting room assistance, and transaction processing
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive displays and store aesthetics
- Process POS transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Participate in inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Contribute to store sales goals through suggestive selling and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Pittsburgh local or immediate relocation required
