Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Merchandising: Help with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
