Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and card payments.
- Organize merchandise displays and restock shelves to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including the stockroom and fitting rooms.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with basic math for handling transactions and inventory.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
