Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise according to visual standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand values to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with technology, including handheld scanners and POS systems.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on achieving personal and team sales goals.
