Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges while strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
- Reliable availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
