Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock, organize, and merchandise products according to visual standards
- Execute inventory management tasks including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Assist in store operations including floor coverage, cleaning, and safety compliance
- Participate in seasonal promotions and sales events to drive revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for inventory runs)
