Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process transactions
- Maintain store appearance through visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory through stock processing, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with seasonal displays and promotional campaigns
- Support store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
