Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash handling and customer returns with a high degree of accuracy.
- Attend and actively participate in our paid training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
