Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, attractive store layout.
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments, verifying quantities against packing lists.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and rotated to maintain freshness.
- Maintain the backroom and warehouse areas, organizing stock for efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures while handling heavy loads.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently (4:00 AM start).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
