Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome every guest warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate POS: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using our point-of-sale system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Stock Management: Assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and fellow associates to achieve sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but prior retail or customer service experience is not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
