Responsibilities
- Operate provided POS tablets to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize company-provided tablets for inventory management and product searches
- Style customers using provided visual merchandising tools and display equipment
- Assist with visual merchandising using provided display fixtures and signage
- Process returns/exchanges using provided equipment and maintain organized workstations
- Participate in team meetings using provided communication devices
- Operate provided cleaning equipment to maintain store presentation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic proficiency with provided POS tablets and retail software
- Ability to learn provided inventory management systems quickly
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Comfortable using provided visual merchandising tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation to Santana Row location (equipment provided on-site)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required with provided training
