Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a smile and a personalized approach.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that strictly adheres to brand standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and monitoring stock levels.
- Engage customers through proactive selling techniques, answering product questions, and promoting current promotions.
- Support the store manager with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners and POS terminals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
