Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backrooms with precision according to planograms
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors throughout shift
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets and store readiness
- Adhere to safety protocols and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM start times)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and price verification
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
