Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all customers, answering questions and resolving concerns with a smile.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by adhering to merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
