Responsibilities
- Execute flawless checkout transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining premium service standards
- Lead cash management procedures including daily reconciliation, safe operations, and loss prevention protocols
- Mentor junior staff on POS systems, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques
- Process returns/exchanges with discretion and uphold brand integrity in all interactions
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive loyalty program enrollment to exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and inventory teams to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews with personalized development plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years high-volume cashier experience in luxury or premium retail environment
- Expertise in advanced POS systems (e.g., Shopify Plus, Square Enterprise) and cash management
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Ability to multitask during peak hours while maintaining composure and precision
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
