Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring displays are current.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock, performing stock counts, and organizing the backroom.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while working in the store.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
