As a key member of our store staff, you will help curate our collections, manage floor operations, and drive sales through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Proactively engage customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and offer styling advice to drive sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in adherence to company standards.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle returns, and manage inventory adjustments.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with stock replenishment, folding, and organizing merchandise to ensure optimal product availability.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with management and fellow associates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold the company's values and brand image at all times while interacting with customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using computerized point-of-sale systems and mobile devices.
