Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company policies and security regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with the public.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
