Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and ensure store presentation meets brand standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal display updates
- Support team in achieving sales targets through upselling and loyalty program enrollment
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism/retail landscape is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the US
